This saves our brothers and sisters a lot of valuable time and sometimes the frustration that comes with making claims for packages that do not arrive or are damaged upon arrival through the USPS system. Route ensures a smooth, timely claim process and helps with any questions or concerns along the way. They then help refund or replace orders or products in a claim without you having to make a new order.
