PROCESSING TIMES

• Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. After we process your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number for your order.

 

SHIPPING FEES

• US shipments are free over $75.00. International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time. 
• All shipping prices are determined at check out after the address has been given. 

SHIPPING TIMES

• Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method at checkout and are only estimates. The system does not account for the processing times when giving estimates on orders. We are not responsible for delayed shipments by the carrier. Shipping costs are not refundable.
• International orders usually have a longer shipping time and are subject to delays. 
• If Priority or Expedited shipping is selected, the order will still be subject to the 2-3 business day processing time.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

• If your package is marked as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender", a re-shipping fee will be required.
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it. We are not responsible for, or able to refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong address.
