Disappointed consistent customer

I have made multiple purchases from Disciple threads. I love the quality of their shirts and was excited to purchase the consuming fire tank top. I placed my order in July 5, 2025 with high hopes that it would arrive by July19, 2025 so that I would be able to wear it on vacation. Unfortunately my package did not arrive in time and today is July 26, 2025 and I still have yet to receive my package. I am a consistent customer and this time around I am disappointed with the shipping time. At this rate I am hoping that it will arrive by August 1, 2025.

Apologies for the delayed response. I am sorry to hear that it took so long for your shirt to get to you. We mailed your shirt our from our facility on July 7th 2025 and it should not have taken that long to get to you.

After looking at the time line and the tracking informaiton it look as though it arrived in your city and state on July 13th and would have made it to you on time but the mailing adress had a forward to another address by the post office. When that happens, it can take the post office much longer to deliver.

I'm sorrry it didn't make it you on time for your vacaton. I hope that we will get the chance to serve you again in the future!

Loved everything I got! This cut off tank t, dry bones flag was awesome, sheep among wolves t, and beauty is passing tee for the wife. The material the shirts are made of feels good on the skin. I’m a youth leader and the dry bones flag is going up in the office asap. We’ll just have to wait and see how the shirts hold up towards the quality but I’m assuming they be just fine. Will be ordering from disciple threads again.
