PROCESSING TIMES

• Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. After we process your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number for your order.

 

SHIPPING FEES

• US shipments are free over $75.00. International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time. 
• All shipping prices are determined at check out after the address has been given. 

SHIPPING TIMES

• Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method at checkout and are only an estimate. We are not responsible for delayed shipments by the carrier. Shipping costs are not refundable.
• International orders will usually have a longer shipping time. 

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

• If your package is marked as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender", a re-shipping fee will be required.
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it. We are not responsible for, or able to refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong address.
